\u201cThe speed of trust!\u201d Nothing creates results faster than trust. Scandinavian social models are built on trust, while Spanish bureaucracy is the result of Roman law.
It is important to us that we can trust each other. We will always do our very best to safeguard our clients\u2019 interests, but we do not carry out unnecessary duplicate work if there is a lack of trust in our work.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Unfortunately, there are many unauthorised advisors who offer legal advice without having the legal right to do so and therefore also lack of professional civil liability insurance coverage.<\/p>

Zafo Law is 100% independent, and we do not receive commissions, gifts, or anything similar from third parties we may refer clients to, including banks, real estate agents, other lawyers, etc. The owners of Zafo Law are qualified Spanish lawyers, and we are covered by professional civil liability insurance. Zafo Law was founded in Barcelona in 2004 by lawyers who had many years of experience in international law at another, now defunct, law firm. Zafo Law’s goal was to be a multidisciplinary law firm oriented towards the Scandinavian business world in Spain, drawing on the experience gained since 1997 working in the Scandinavian legal market in Spain, as was the case with Vicente Sebasti\u00e1n Ruiz, including business and litigation, which have developed into some of our most important areas of work.<\/p>

We have thus built up specialist knowledge in international legal matters in Spain within a broad legal spectrum.<\/p>

Zafo Law has quickly become one of the leading Spanish law firms in solving legal issues and handling cases in Spain involving Scandinavians, Scandinavian companies or Scandinavian advisors.
